SWAMPSCOTT — Water and Sewer Infrastructure Advisory Committee approves testing parameters for bacterial analysis. Chair Kelley C. Begin and seven committee members approved a recommendation drafted by Scott L.

Morello on statistical sampling parameters for water-quality testing, voting unanimously. DPW Assistant Engineer Mark Noonan reported the department will conduct wet and dry weather catch basin testing for bacteria levels during FY2026, with site-level sampling running May through Labor Day. The committee noted gaps in Kleinfelder consulting reports and confirmed representation on the Lynn Kings Beach Steering Committee.
