Swampscott Property Sales Span $460,000 to $1.39 Million as 14 Deeds Record

Fourteen Swampscott property transfers were recorded between July 30 and Aug. 7, with eight of the deeds disclosing a sale price ranging from $460,000 to $1,385,000 and a median of $788,350. The month's top sale was 49 Ocean View Rd. Lot A, which sold for $1,385,000 to Colin Smith. Six transfers, nearly half of all recorded deeds, moved properties into trusts held by the same individual who sold them, with no price disclosed for any of those. Sales were spread across 14 different streets with no geographic concentration, and disclosed prices clustered mostly between $500,000 and $1 million.
