The month's top sale was 49 Ocean View Rd. Lot A, which sold for $1,385,000 to Colin Smith. Six transfers, nearly half of all recorded deeds, moved properties into trusts held by the same individual who sold them, with no price recorded for any of those. Sales were spread across 14 different streets with no geographic concentration, and recorded prices clustered mostly between $500,000 and $1 million.
