Swampscott home sales range from $382,500 to $1.04 million in late summer
Swampscott recorded 14 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, with sale prices disclosed on nine of them, ranging from $382,500 to $1,040,000 and a median of $600,000. The period's top sale was 91 Nason Road, Lot 5, at $1,040,000. Five transactions, all listing the same name as both grantor and grantee, carried no disclosed price, consistent with trust or estate transfers within the same family. Burrill Street was the only street with more than one recorded sale. Based on the data available, prices were spread widely across tiers, with five sales between $500,000 and $1 million and only one exceeding $1 million.
