Five transactions, all listing the same name as both grantor and grantee, carried no price recorded yet, consistent with trust or estate transfers within the same family. Burrill Street was the only street with more than one recorded sale. Based on the data available, prices were spread widely across tiers, with five sales between $500,000 and $1 million and only one exceeding $1 million.
