Committee Chair Stephen Iannaccone submitted a list of five potential judges for approval, with four to be selected by early September to begin accepting applications. Publicity efforts include a Facebook page, postings at churches, schools, libraries, and local businesses, and distribution of brochures at the Farmers Market and town events through September.

Committee members will also contact school personnel, the historical society, and community organizations about presentations and outreach, with Poet Laureate appointments set to begin January 1, 2027.
