SWAMPSCOTT — Planning Board approves four site plan permits, advancing residential and mixed-use projects. Vice Chair Joseph Sheridan presided as the board unanimously approved permits for Peter Souhleris's multi-family parking expansion at 55 Puritan Road with seven design conditions; continued review of B. Scott Miller's 754-square-foot single-family addition at 80 Puritan Road to February 9; amended the prior decision for CenterCorp Retail Properties's revised site plan at 450 Paradise Road and 555 Essex Street; and unanimously approved Michael Kalpin's single-family reconstruction at 11 Pine Hill Road and Doug Dubin and Emmett McNulty's 2,000-square-foot two-family townhouse addition at 24-28 Ingalls Terrace.
The board also heard the Executive Summary Draft 1 of the Swampscott 2035 Master Plan from MAPC planner Carlos Montanez and agreed to prioritize an administrative review process for minor site plan changes.
