Harbor Committee pursues improvements as regulatory reviews continue.

Harbor & Waterfront Advisory Committee · Meeting of April 22, 2026

SWAMPSCOTT — Harbor Committee pursues improvements as regulatory reviews continue. The committee received updates on multiple waterfront projects April 22, including an $82,500 contract award to T4 Construction for seawall and ramp repairs at Eisman Beach and the Fishhouse, which will begin once the Conservation Commission issues an Order of Conditions. A larger pier repair project remains stalled pending Department of Environmental Protection approval over eelgrass impact concerns.

The committee also discussed pursuing a Seaport Economic Council grant application due June 3, 2026, for harbor dredging feasibility study.
