Swampscott Earth Removal panel unanimously backs permit for Select Board review. The Earth Removal Advisory Committee voted unanimously on May 27 to approve a finalized permit and two memoranda for presentation to the Select Board on June 3. Present were Chair Joe Markarian, John Picariello, and Tonia Bandrowicz.
Attorney Chris Drucas and Jarrett Temple of Amrize confirmed the permit satisfied their review. A joint committee and board meeting is scheduled for June 17.
