SWAMPSCOTT — Community Life Center task force frames feasibility plan combining site screening and community engagement. Consultants from Abacus presented preliminary site analysis at the Monday meeting chaired by Anneka Kumli, with the task force agreeing to pursue community input simultaneously with early site screening rather than narrowing options first. Recreation Director Charlotte Daher de Garcia reported that Clark School recreation programming, operational for three months, has seen participation more than double since November.
The task force identified priority workstreams including stakeholder interviews and a focused survey on program priorities.
